To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return or replacement process, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

🎥 Why is an Unboxing Video Required?
An unboxing video protects both you and us — it serves as proof of the product's condition at the time of delivery, ensuring every claim is handled fairly and efficiently.

✅ Policy Guidelines:
• The unboxing video must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is received — without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
• The video must clearly show the outer packaging, seal, and the product being unboxed.
• The video must be captured before or during the first use of the product.
• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

📋 Eligible Return Conditions (with valid unboxing video):
• Product received in damaged condition
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing accessories or parts
• Manufacturing defect observed upon first use

⏱ Return Window:
• Returns or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
